Cindy Kennedy graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, with
her B.S. degree in Nursing. She advanced her nursing skills while employed at Beth Israel
Hospital and Brigham and Womens Hospital, both in Boston, Massachusetts. Cindy
earned her Masters degree and her Nurse Practitioner Certification from the
University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Massachusetts. Her primary care training ranged from
infant care to adolescent medicine to geriatrics.

After working as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Baystate Medical Center, Cindy spent 11 years as the Obstetrical Nurse Coordinator for our practice.
In her present role as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Cindy provides complete
womens health care including primary health care services.
Cindy has a special interest in adolescent health care. She enjoys caring and educating
both teens and young women about healthy lifestyles.
Cindy, and her husband Joe, live in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, and have three
daughters. All three girls are active in sports which keeps her busy outside of the
office. Cindy enjoys rollerblading, kick boxing aerobics, cooking and crafts.

Rebekah Perks is a Summa Cum Laude
graduate of the
University
of
Vermont
where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree.
She continued her education at the
University
of
Massachusetts
, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with honors.
Rebekah later graduated with Honors from
Yale
University
where she pursued her Nurse Practitioner’s Master of Science Degree,
with specialties in Adult and Women’s Healthcare. |

With over 15 years of extensive experience in fields related to women’s
health, Rebekah especially enjoys talking with women about their
experiences and educating them about their health concerns.
She takes great pride in providing as much information as possible
to her patients about their health, so that they can make informed
decisions about their lifestyles and healthcare.
Rebekah is certified by the Women’s
Health Nurse Practitioner organization as well as the Adult Nurse
Practitioner organization and is proficient in Spanish.
Rebekah will see patients in our South Hadley
office, starting in January of 2007.
