2 Medical Center Drive, Suite 206 & 204
From Springfield Center:
Coming from downtown Springfield on Chestnut Street, turn right onto Chapin
Terrace and proceed a short distance to the Baystate Medical Center entrance on
your left. Turn left here and the first building on your left is the
Medical Office Building. Parking is available in the parking garage
attached to the building.
From I-91 Northbound:
Take Exit 10. At end of ramp, continue straight on Dover Street to
Springfield Street. Take left onto Springfield Street and then a right at
Medical Center Drive. Drive past the main hospital entrance until you see
the Medical Office Building on your right (past the Emergency Room). Parking is available in the parking garage
attached to the building.
From I-91 Southbound:
Take Exit 11. Bear right at the end of the ramp onto
Birnie Avenue. Take first right onto Walter Street. Continue
straight through traffic light and under highway to Springfield Street
intersection. Take a left onto Springfield Street. Take a right onto
Medical Center Drive. Proceed past the main hospital and emergency room
entrances. Medical Office Building is on the right. Parking is
available in the parking garage attached to the building.

382 North Main Street, Suite 205
The Heritage Office Park is located on North Main Street (Route 83) in East
Longmeadow, directly opposite Heritage Park. From I-91 North, take Exit 2;
from I-91 South, take Exit 4. Follow signs to Route 83 in East
Longmeadow.

470 Granby Road
From Memorial Drive (Route 33) Northbound
Traveling on Memorial Drive heading North, take a right onto
Granby Road at the intersection of Route 202. Continue traveling on Granby Road
for 0.7 miles. The Raymond Medical Center will be approximately 0.7 miles from
the intersection on your right.
From I-91 Northbound
Take exit 8 onto I-291 East. Take exit 7 onto I-90 West
(Massachusetts Turnpike). Take exit 5 (Route 33), bearing right after the tolls.
At the light, turn left onto Route 33 (Memorial Drive). Follow above directions
from Memorial Drive.
From I-91 Southbound:
Take exit 17 (Route 141). Turn left onto Easthampton Road,
continuing on Route 141 East. Continue on Dwight Street. Turn left onto Beech
Street (Route 202). Continue on Route 202 North at the rotary. The Raymond
Medical Center is located on Route 202 (Granby Road) approximately 0.7 miles on
the right past the intersection of Routes 202 and 33.

50 Union Street
From I-91 Southbound
Take Exit 11. Bear left at the end of the ramp
onto Birnie Avenue. At the end of Birnie Avenue, bear right onto
Route 20 West to cross the North End Bridge. Entering rotary at
end of bridge, continue straight on to Park Avenue. Proceed past
the West Springfield Town Common to traffic light. Turn left at
the light on to Union Street. Office is the Stucco building on
right (next to IHOP).
From I-91 Northbound
Take Exit 9 (Route 20 West) toward West
Springfield/Westfield. Take the 91 North ramp toward
Chicopee/Holyoke. Bear right at the fork and merge on to Route 20
West. Proceed across the North End Bridge. Entering rotary
at end of bridge, continue straight on to Park Avenue. Proceed
past the West Springfield Town Common to traffic light. Turn left
at the light on to Union Street. Office is Stucco building on
right (next to IHOP).
