Our clinical offices are reachable by phone Monday through Thursday 8am until 4:30pm and Friday 7am until 3:30pm; appointment times may vary from this schedule.

Policies

Scheduling an appointment

  • Our dedicated appointment staff is ready to coordinate your visit during normal business hours.
  • Routine wellness visits for established patients can be scheduled conveniently through our Patient Portal.  
  • When you call our office, please have your insurance card ready so that we can verify your information.
  • If you are a new gyn patient, we will collect your demographic and insurance information prior to making your appointment.  You may be added to our waitlist if a new patient appointment is not available at the time of your call.  Our staff contact our waitlisted new patients when an appointment becomes available.  
  • Newly pregnant patients are scheduled for visits on the recommended timetable.  Patients who wish to transfer their pregnancy care into our practice (from another practice) may be accepted into our practice if our schedules permit.  
  • We encourage new patients to visit our new patient resource center for additional information.

To make your visit as efficient as possible

  • If we have asked you to complete paperwork, please follow the instructions for returning the paperwork to us.
  • Please obtain and provide referrals as needed for your visit.  
  • Please bring your insurance card and photo ID to every visit.  
  • Copayments are expected at the time of your visit.  Preferred method of payment is credit/debit card, or check.  A cash payment for the exact amount due is accepted, as we are unable to make change.  

Reschedules, cancellations, etc.

We do our best to honor our appointment schedule; however, due to the unpredictable nature of our specialty, occasional disruptions do occur. Just as we strive to adhere to our appointment schedule, we ask our patients to do the same.

  • If you need to verify, reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call us at your earliest convenience.
  • In consideration of other patients, we may reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.
  • It is important to keep your first appointment with our practice unless you are ill or have an unforeseeable emergency.  New patients who no-show their first appointment may not be able to reschedule.
