Self check-in is now available for your appointments with our practice! Save time in the office by completing important check-in tasks before you arrive for your next visit including:
- Confirm/update personal information.
- Select preferred pharmacy.
- Review medications.
- Pay visit copay or an outstanding balance.
- Create a portal login (if needed).
How to access self check-in:
- Look for the self check-in link in email or text messages from us regarding your visit, or find the check-in link in your patient portal’s upcoming appointments section.
Helpful tips:
- Make sure you’re set up to receive appointment reminder notifications from us!
- Check your settings in your patient portal – click your profile name in the upper right corner, then select Notification Settings. Or you can ask us to confirm your notification preferences.
