Our office is available during normal business hours to coordinate a refill for your prescription.
Please contact your pharmacy directly to request a prescription refill. If an authorization is needed, your pharmacy will reach out to our office.
Depending on the type of prescription request and the date of your last visit, you may need to schedule an appointment with us to obtain additional refills. Your pharmacy will notify you if an appointment is necessary.
Please allow 48 hours for refills to be processed.
