Dr. Erin Eppsteiner is a dedicated and compassionate Ob/Gyn physician who joined Baystate Ob/Gyn Group, Inc. in 2025. With experience in obstetrics and gynecology since 2009, Dr. Eppsteiner has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in women’s health. She believes in building strong relationships with her patients and believes in providing empathetic and individualized care, tailored to each woman’s unique needs. In addition to providing exemplary medical care, she is known to spend time during visits catching up on her patients’ family lives and finding out about their latest trips.
“I enjoy getting to know my patients and learning about their goals so I can best educate them and address their concerns. My aim is to ensure that women understand their bodies and leave the office feeling confident to make the best decisions surrounding their health care.”
Dr. Eppsteiner graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, with a minor in Biology. Dr. Eppsteiner then attended UMass Medical School, where she received her Doctor of Medicine degree. Following medical school, she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Iowa, gaining comprehensive experience in both prenatal care and gynecological services.
Dr. Eppsteiner is passionate about empowering women through education and personalized care. She is skilled in managing a range of women’s health issues, including routine gynecological exams, complex pregnancies, and minimally invasive surgical techniques, including robotic surgery. She has a subspecialty in vulvar disease.
When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Eppsteiner enjoys cycling, reading, cooking and spending time with her family. Dr. Eppsteiner has taken care of women specifically in the Pioneer Valley since 2016 and looks forward to continuing to be a trusted partner in health and wellness for the women in our community.
