Since joining Baystate Ob/Gyn in 1999, Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald has continued to grow his skills in managing our comprehensive women’s healthcare practice philosophy, while still maintaining a highly-valued reputation as a “one-on-one” physician who focuses on a patient’s individual needs.
Dr. Fitzgerald has a strong leadership role in the practice as the group’s Managing Partner, as well as the medical director of our Midwifery department. As a full time obstetrician/ gynecologist, he is known and appreciated for his specialized approach to the individual woman and delights in delivering babies.

Each stage of life carries with it very distinct health issues, which requires that sensitivity, respect, and dignity be provided by each of us in our practice.”
Dr. Fitzgerald completed his residency training at Baystate Medical Center where he was awarded the Resident Achievement Award from the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
Outside of the office, Dr. Fitzgerald enjoys playing sports and creating culinary delights for his family including his wife and three adult boys.
