Policies to Reduce Spread of Illnesses
To reduce the spread of illnesses, our staff may ask you during various interactions if you are experiencing contagious illness symptoms such as fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, body aches, diarrhea and/or vomiting. We may ask these questions when you book an appointment, check in for a visit, or talk with our staff on the phone.
If you are coming in for a visit and have contagious illness symptoms within the 24 hours before your appointment, please contact us prior to your visit so that we can determine if you should reschedule your visit. Do not bring anyone to your appointments experiencing symptoms of illness. We may ask about active symptoms at the time of check-in, so please expect the check in process to take slightly longer than usual.
If you have contagious illness symptoms, please contact your primary care provider for guidance. Thank you for your attention to our policies to help reduce the spread of illnesses!
