Deb Fenton, Practice Manager
Deb Fenton joined Baystate OB/GYN Group, Inc in January 2018 with 12 years of experience in women's healthcare. Over the course of her career she has developed expertise in managing multiple health centers’ operations teams. Her focus has been to increase operational efficiency, develop leadership skills in managers and build cohesive teams that are committed to providing high quality healthcare to women, men and teens.
Prior to working in the health industry, Deb worked at the United Way of Pioneer Valley as Vice President of Community Services. In that capacity, she developed relationships with business and nonprofit leaders to increase community services for residents in the Greater Springfield area. She served as chair of the Public Health Council for the City of Springfield and became committed to helping reduce health disparities, particularly for women and children.
Deb lives in East Longmeadow with her husband Tim. Deb and Tim enjoy the outdoors and spending time with their friends and family, in particular their three adult children, Christopher, Caroline and Andrew and grandchildren.
