Patient Experience Survey

As part of our commitment to provide exemplary women’s healthcare to our patients, we are excited to announce a patient experience survey will begin soon!  Patients who are randomly selected may receive requests to complete our survey via a text message, email, and/or regular mail.  If you are selected, the materials will contain our practice name but will be managed by a company called Press Ganey.  These surveys are an important tool for us to assess our strengths and identify opportunities for improvement so that we can continue to provide the high level of healthcare that you have come to expect and deserve from BOGG.  If you are selected, we would sincerely appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete the questions.
