Prenatal Yoga Classes
Prenatal yoga classes are offered by an independent instructor in our West Springfield office! Sessions are from 5:45-6:45pm on various dates ($10 per class). Please contact Lindsay DuBois, RN at 413-282-8396 or prenatalyogapractices@gmail.com for more information and the class schedules!
