Phone Survey for Quality Initiative

We are excited to share our next quality initiative! In the next two months we will work with Professional Research Consultants (PRC) who will conduct telephone surveys among a random sampling of our patients. The survey will focus on questions measuring each patient’s experience with our practice. PRC is governed by HIPAA standards and is certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. We are hopeful that the patients who are contacted will provide valuable feedback for our quality initiative program!
