BOGG's Move to Main Street, Springfield

We will be on the move in late October 2017, when we will unify our current Springfield (2 Medical Center Drive) and West Springfield (50 Union Street) offices into a newly remodeled spacious suite at 3455 Main Street in Springfield.  Located in Springfield’s well-developed medical office corridor, the Main Street location provides ample, easy parking and close highway access. With the newly designed space, patients will continue to have access to their preferred providers and services from the Springfield and West Springfield offices.   

Staff and patients alike are very excited about the new location.  Our unification committee has spent many months designing the new office, with a special focus on maximizing patient and staff satisfaction as well as optimizing workflows.  For example, the new office will include enhanced ultrasonography suites with many patient-focused upgrades such as large viewing monitors and private patient bathrooms in each ultrasound room.  There will be a midwifery wing in the new office, featuring a dedicated patient intake and lab area in close proximity to the midwifery triage staff and CNMs.  Specialized services such as the CenteringPregnancy® model of care and services related to incontinence and urogynecology will continue to be available at our Main Street location.  Our East Longmeadow, South Hadley, and Administrative offices will remain in their current locations.  

To allow for packing and moving, our Springfield offices will CLOSE at noon on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, and our West Springfield office will CLOSE at noon on Thursday, October 26, 2017; both offices will remain closed until we REOPEN at our NEW Main Street office on Monday, October 30.  As of noontime on Thursday, October 26, our answering service will be available for urgent telephone calls that are received on our Springfield and West Springfield office phone numbers through Monday, October 30.  In anticipation of our limited availability during our moving days, please plan ahead for any routine matters such as prescription requests, disability form completion requests, appointment needs, etc. Thank you for your patience during our transition!
